Islamabad health care city will be home to the first state of the art National Multi Organ Transplant Hospital in Pakistan with an attached Medical and Nursing School, Skill Development and Research Centre to offer an international quality health care, medical education and medical research. In addition, it will have retail buildings to promote customer care for patients and their families coming to be treated at the health care city and also provide Deluxe housing for the doctors, students and workers with in the health care city.

Health Care, education and research

Multi Organ Transplant Hospital

It is a 750 beds modern state of the art hospital in the Capital city of Islamabad . The hospital will be built in three phases with each portion having 250 beds and a total covered area of 4,573,800 Square feet. There are a total of 210 critical care beds and 45 operating theatres with 4 centers of excellence in Liver, Kidney, Cornea and Bone Marrow Transplantation. In addition to the organ transplantation service, the hospital also offer super specialized care in most surgical, medical and allied discipline especially focusing on critical care.

Medical School

There is a separate medical school under the ownership of a renowned university, who partners the Multi Organ Transplant Hospital. There are 100 students enrolment per year

Nursing School and Skill Development Centre

The Specialized Postgraduate Nursing and Allied Health Care Skill Development and learning resource Centre would be based in the university and specifically train nursing and allied health care manpower to support critical care and organ transplantation. This school and the attached Learning and skill resource centre are expected to be sponsored and run in collaboration with an international European University Teaching Hospital. The school will enroll only post graduate nurses for advanced training and skill development.

Research Centre

The Research centre will specifically enroll postgraduate students from basic sciences to link them to clinical research in the multi organ transplant hospital.
